So, I was thinking: How can I make nice bracelets nake are like, really fast to make? Bracelest I braceletw of crocheting. I tried it, and it worked. Hope you like them! This instructable contains five bracelets: - The simple two coloured crochet bracelet - Two parts, one braceles - Getting twisty - Double or not - The ultimate crochet bracelet During the instructable I'll explain how I came up with the next bracelet.
First, you need to make a slip knot. Make a loop. Put it on the following piece of thread. Pull the thread through the loop. Put your crochet frochet in the created loop.
Pull both ends of the yarn tight. The rest of the bracelet is a chain. For those of you who don't know how to make a chain, look at the pictures. When you have reached the right length for your wrist, join the two ends. Then, make the loop bigger and pull the yarn through. Now you can cut off the yarn, but make sure to leave a tail long enough to how to make crochet bracelets. Make two knots: First one on the inside of the bracelet, then one on the outside of the bracelet.
Put glue on the knot and cut the end off. That's it! So I finished the first crrochet, but I was still missing something. I knew I could do a different crochet bracelet, so I made this one. Start the same way as the other bracelet: Take your yarn and make a slip knot. Instead of crocheting with both strands, I started with one of them.
You can just leave the other one where it is. With one of the strands, make a chain with a length that matches your wrist. Now make a bigger loop at the end of this strand so it doesn't go loose really easy. Put your crocheting needle in the first chain again, take your other strand and put this one away. Make a chain with the same length as the other mwke. To join the two strands, take them both on your crocheting needle and pull the yarn through both loops.
The closing is the same for all four of the small bracelets, you can look it up in step how to remove kaspersky antivirus. Then I thought: Why don't I make the same as shown in last step, but then how to make crochet bracelets bit twistier! The making of this bracelet is almost the same how to make crochet bracelets last one. There is one difference: Before you join the strands, you twist them around eachother.
Pretty simple, huh? I thought: I have a single bracelet, a double bracelet and a twisted bracelet. What's next? Both single as double tk course! The beginning again is the same as the other bracelets. When you have made you slip knot, brace, ets with a chain of now using both strands.
Then, using one of the strands, chain five. Make the loop bigger and go back to the bow 'double' chain. Now chain five using the other strand. Put both strands on the crocheting needle and chain five using both strand again. Keep repeating this until the bracelet has reached the right size for your wrist. To end the bracelet you can use the same teqnique as with the other bracelets. And then it was time to combine everything I learned from these crochet bracelets and make an ultimate bracelet.
For this bracelet I used a 10 mm crocheting needle. Make a slip knot. Then, make a chain using all eight strands. How to determine your glove size the ending I used a slightly different teqnique. First, I removed the first part of the slip knot to give the bracelet a flatter ending.
Then, I made the loop bigger and put all the yarn through, one by one of course : I didn't make any knots, braeclets that would be a really big knot. I just put glue on the joins of the yarn and cut it a bit shorter, not too short.

Hunky Chunky Crochet Bracelet:
Thread a bead onto the wire and pull the wire through, leaving a substantial loop. Put your hook through the loop, and pull the loop tight. Draw a loop through the next sc, and then pull it through the two loops on your hook. Refer to the pictures for more clarity. This is the way you will add every bead.
These bracelets require the materials listed in the next step, a bit of crochet know-how, and patience! I can finish a bracelet over a weekend, but assuming you're busier than I am, it may take more like a week or two. If the instructions could use some tweaking for more clarity, please feel free to tell me so!
As well as the materials in the list below, you will need to know how to crochet three stitches: slip stitch sl , chain stitch ch , and single crochet stitch sc. Check out www. Alright, here we go! First tightly ch Then join the 20th stitch to the 1st stitch with a sl. Ch two and sc 20 stitches around, joining with another sl. There you go, this is the loop that will help hold the bracelet together.
Ch two and sc two stitches in each of the next two stitches 4 sc. Now this part gets pretty wacky, so hang with me here. I'll try and make it as clear as possible.
Turn you work around. You are now going to crochet in the same stitches you just crocheted in, just on the opposite side. Follow the pictures, and sc two stitches in the each of the two stitches 4 sc for a total of 8 stitches. Join the 8th stitch to the 1st with a sl, ch 2 and sc 8 stitches counterclockwise.
Until now, you've been working clockwise, so you will be crocheting in the opposite direction. This is the most unconventional step.
If I'm not being clear enough, please feel free to tell me. Taking a quick break to introduce how we will add beads: Hopefully I don't make this too complicated, because it is rather simple. Basically you're pulling a loop through your bead that you will use as the first loop of a sc stitch. Take your piece of wire and put it on the thread.
The basic pattern from here on: sc, bead, sc, bead, etc. From here onward, the bracelet will be worked in a spiral. Do not join, just keep crocheting. The bead pattern that I'm using is orange, red, orange, red, for three rows, and then red, orange, red, orange for three rows, etc. You will notice that the beads begin to spiral around.
They do not just stay on top of each other. Feel free to experiment with different "basic patterns" e. Different bead patterns, as well as different colored threads, produce different effects, as seen in the pictures in step 1 and 7. Continue with the bracelet, using my pattern or your own, until it is at least long enough that the loop touches the other end of the bracelet when wrapped around your wrist.
After that, the sky is the limit with how long you want to make it. You're certainly not limited to just bracelets, you could make necklaces, anklets, etc.
I don't have the patience for a necklace, but then, I have yet to try. Once your bracelet has reached the desired length, you can start "finishing". Sc for the next four rounds stop adding beads , 32 stitches.
Now add four "big" beads, sc, bead, sc, bead, etc. This is the "stopper" for the loop. That's it. Knot off, and using your needle sew in both loose ends. There you go! There you go, there's your bracelet! As I said in step 5, this is just the basic recipe. Add to, take away, as you will. Feel free to get inspiration from the pictures of the other bracelets I've done posted below. Also feel free to post pictures of the bracelets you do, I'd love to see them!
Have always wanted to crochet with beads. Even tried to teach myself. Thank you!. I will never need to do that again. Thanks for this 'ible. Been wanting to learn this technique. Saw a necklace recently with this technique with irregular amethyst beads -the possibilities are endless. Reply 11 years ago on Introduction. She has an excessively-phlegmy chest infection.
The antibiotics have started kicking in now, but she slept until 2pm yesterday. She has downloaded the PDF. Well that does it. From now on, all my projects will have beaded, crocheted straps. Thank you! I have all this stuff at home! I will totally make a few today. I bet they look great around ponytails too.
