To have to use a 3rd party link which can be poisoned etc is just not very professional of them. It is inconceivable that this is not a standard feature of the MS forums! I believe MS wants to charge for any kind help they or its users offer to us who want to learn their products. IMHO, if you want people to use your product, you would offer free help. What better way to force your product on the world?
